In order to be eligible for membership, prospective Clearing Members must satisfy certain admission criteria stipulated by the Company.
The admission criteria are stated in the Company’s Rulebook and comprise financial and non-financial requirements. The financial requirements includes the payment of a non-refundable application fee and other financial obligations such as annual fee and membership deposit. The non-financial requirements includes technical, operational, legal/regulatory, governance and other requirements.
Upon satisfaction of the admission criteria and the approval of a prospective Clearing Member’s application for membership, the Company will grant a Clearing Membership license to the applicant.
