NG Clearing Celebrates International Women’s Day 2022
Every March 8, organizations and individuals across the globe celebrate International Women’s Day to raise awareness about the issues of gender equality and gender discrimination. As part of activities commemorating International Women’s Day 2022, NG Clearing held an in-house virtual session to celebrate IWD 2022. In line with the theme of “Breaking the Bias”, the session focused on how individuals can spot and rethink conscious and unconscious gender biases that manifest in thought, speech, and behaviour within and outside the workplace.
The session was facilitated by Uchenna Agbo, the Founder/CEO of Trustvas Limited. She shared insightful personal experiences relating to gender bias and how she was able to overcome them. NG Clearing has a gender-friendly culture driven by principles of fairness, equity, and non-discrimination.
